I have made an analysis on 10 lists of :
a) top 5 reciters
b) top 10 reciters
c) my favourite reciters
to determine top qaris (reciters) in the world. The video clips of the lists are provided in the previous postings for your viewing and also as "video evident".
Scoring methodology:
No. 1 - 5 points
No.2 - 4 points
No.3 - 3 points
No.4 - 2 points
No.5 - 1 point
Note:
Only qaris (reciters) who make it to top 5 are given points (therefore in top 10 list, only top 5 reciters are "rated".

No. 7: Sheikh Ahmed Bin Ali Ajmi - 8 points
No. 8: Sheikh Salah Bukhatir - [UAE] - 7 points
No. 9: Sheikh Sa'ad Al Ghamdi - [Saudi Arabia] - 5 points
No. 10: Sheikh Adil Hamed As Sabri [UAE]- 5 points
